The TELSIP project journey began in Kuwait in January 2023, driven by a vision to develop a modern Arabic cloud communications platform that meets the needs of businesses and organizations while keeping pace with the rapid global shift toward cloud communications and artificial intelligence.

In April 2023, the management of XonTel Technology held the project’s first official meeting to discuss its strategic foundations, define the overall vision, and establish the roadmap for platform development, building on the company’s extensive experience in telecommunications systems and PBX solutions.

XonTel Technology is recognized as one of Kuwait’s leading companies in developing communications solutions. The company is also internationally classified by IEEE (Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers) within the electronic equipment manufacturers database, reflecting its technical presence on the global level.

Since the project’s inception, a phased development plan has been adopted, consisting of three main stages focused on building a reliable cloud infrastructure, developing an autonomous operating ecosystem, enhancing security and reliability levels, and gradually integrating artificial intelligence technologies as a core component of the user experience.

From 2023 to 2026, the development team worked on designing an integrated platform that extends beyond traditional Cloud PBX services. The platform aims to provide a unified environment for enterprise communications management, including cloud contact center systems, communication channel management, integration with modern business applications, and a future vision for becoming an AI-powered communications platform.

By 2026, the platform reached its final operational testing stages, with plans to launch the Beta Launch in Kuwait before the end of 2026. This phase is intended to validate services in a real operational environment, collect operational feedback, and complete final improvements before the official commercial launch.

The TELSIP project represents a strategic step toward building an advanced Arabic cloud communications platform, launched from Kuwait with a vision to deliver modern operational solutions that help businesses enhance customer experiences, improve operational efficiency, and leverage the latest advancements in communications and artificial intelligence technologies.
