Telsip’s administration features simplify system management,
from handling extensions and call data to remote configuration and performance monitoring,

The extensions configured on Telsip VoIP PBX can be exported and saved as a template. You can fill in the desired extension information and import the CSV file to PBX again.

With various extensions now deployed, you need to easily monitor them. The Extension Status module allows you to monitor their registration status and active diversions.

Telsip dashboard offers a real-time overview of your phone system’s status, performance, and resource usage.

The event Notification feature provides information about changes on the Telsip cloud PBX and helps you monitor its operations. When an event occurs, the system records it and notifies concerned contacts via specific methods.

The PBX automatically traces the PBX information, notices, warnings, errors, debug logs, and weblogs, then generates log files. You can download the system logs and check them on the PBX web interface.
