Supercharge Cloud Workflows with High-Performance Access Points

Stronger Networks, More Powerful Call Centers
Supercharge Cloud Workflows with High-Performance Access Points

In a world that relies entirely on digital communication and within an integrated cloud infrastructure, telecommunications services are no longer limited to wires and landlines phones. They have fully transitioned to the digital space through what is known as cloud call centers, which enable organizations to manage calls and customer service through a flexible cloud-based infrastructure. This technology relies primarily on stable data flow and fast response times. To achieve smooth and stable cloud connectivity, wireless network (Wi-Fi) infrastructure is at the forefront, led by high-quality Access Points.

Choosing a professional access point that supports modern standards such as Wi-Fi 7, intelligent load management, quality of service (QoS), and seamless roaming ensures stable voice and video calls and minimizes delays and interruptions.

Thus, the integration of cloud-based call center solutions with powerful and properly managed access points creates a reliable communication system. enabling teams to communicate efficiently and providing customers with a consistent, professional experience. This is the cornerstone of any organization seeking growth and excellence in a world that increasingly relies on cloud technologies.

Integration of communications services and cloud call centers

Cloud call centers rely on Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP), which means that call quality, sound clarity, and uninterrupted communications are directly linked to the quality of access to the cloud.

Key Access Point Requirements for Call Center Services:
  1. Quality of Service (QoS): A feature that allows the router and access point to give ‘priority’ to voice data over normal Internet browsing, ensuring that calls are not interrupted.
  2. Dual-Band (2.4GHz & 5GHz): It is always recommended to connect call center devices to the 5GHz band to reduce interference and increase speed.
  3. Cloud Management: For easy monitoring, troubleshooting, and remote repair.
Access Points Suitable for Cloud Work Environments

To ensure smooth connectivity in a cloud call center environment, it is essential to choose devices that support high-density management and intelligent data routing.
Wi-Fi 7 devices
This is currently the latest and most suitable standard for call centers, designed to handle many devices simultaneously without interference.
It features MU-MIMO (multi-user multiple input multiple output) technology, which allows the access point to communicate with multiple devices (such as employees’ phones) at the same time.

How to Achieve High-Speed Internet?

Wi-Fi 7 is the latest generation of Wi-Fi technology, designed to deliver higher speeds, lower latency, and better efficiency, especially in places crowded with devices (offices, smart homes, businesses).
To take full advantage of the capabilities of WIFI 7, you can rely on the Xontel Access Point XT-5400AX, as it supports this advanced technology and provides wireless speeds of up to 1800Mbps.
However, in order to achieve these high speeds, it is necessary to ensure that the infrastructure within the facility is ready to support and handle these speeds, in accordance with the following technical conditions and requirements:

  1. Cable Quality and Type: It is crucial to use CAT6A or higher network cables. More importantly, these cables must be shielded SFTP type, which acts as a strong insulator that prevents signal interference and prevents data transfer speed loss, especially when extending over long distances exceeding 20 meters, ensuring full speed delivery from the source to the access point.

2. Networking Design: To ensure signal stability, cables (CAT6A or higher) must be used to connect the following points:

  • Connecting the XT-5400AX Access Point with a PoE Switch.
  • Connecting the Main Router with a PoE Switch.

3. POE Switch specifications: Ensure that the network distributor device (POE Switch) supports gigabit speeds, as using an old switch may cause a significant drop in internet speed before it reaches the access point.

4. Compatibility of receiving devices: Ultra-high speeds require both ends to support them. You must ensure that the device you are using (whether it is a smartphone or a computer) supports Wi-Fi 7 technology in its internal hardware. Devices that do not support this technology will not benefit from the full performance of the network.

5. Coverage distance and obstacles: To achieve the best possible performance, it is recommended that the distance between the user and the access point (XT-5400AX) should not exceed 6 meters, and that the area should be free of any obstacles or walls that may obstruct the wireless signal.

6. Stable internet source: Ensure that the router is in the right location and that the service provider is reliable. The service should consistently and stably deliver download speeds exceeding 500 Mbps to ensure that it is effective when distributed across the internal network.

7. Advanced speed aggregation solutions: To achieve higher speeds, you can use the Xontel Controller.
This innovative device allows you to link several 5G routers simultaneously and combine their speeds to achieve download speeds that may exceed 800 Mbps.

8. Access point placement: To cover large areas, ensuring strong coverage and high speeds with Wi-Fi 7 technology:

  • Use four XT-5400AX access points per floor.
  • This design is based on an average area of 400 square meters to ensure Wi-Fi 7 coverage in every corner.
  • Future Tip: Even if you plan to reduce the number of devices in currently unused areas, it is best to pre-install cables within the decor to facilitate future expansion.
